What does HBSL do?

Two things. We build and operate online marketplace platforms — our own, and other companies’ — and we build custom software: web and mobile applications, backend systems and the integrations between them. Both are set out on the services page.

Is Bluecoordex the same company?

Bluecoordex is a product of HBSL, not a separate company. It is a home-services marketplace operating in Bokaro, Jharkhand, and it runs on its own website at https://bluecoordex.com with its own terms. It is also the clearest example of the kind of platform we build for clients.

How can I verify the company is real?

HBSL is a private limited company registered in India. Our office address, phone number and email are in the footer of every page, and we share our registration details directly with clients and partners who need them for their own onboarding.

How does an engagement start?

You send an enquiry, we talk through the problem, and we write a proposal setting out the scope, the cost and the timeline. Nothing is chargeable until you sign an agreement or statement of work — discovery conversations and the proposal itself are free.

How do you price work?

Per engagement, against an agreed scope, invoiced in milestones — not by the hour and not by the seat. The proposal states what is included and what is not before you commit to anything. Work outside that scope is quoted separately in writing and started only once you approve it.

What happens when a project ends?

You get a full handover — everything you need to run and change what we built, in accounts you control. It is not conditional on buying support from us, though we will happily stay on for maintenance.

How is our data handled?

Personal data in a system we build for you belongs to you: you are the Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor, handling it only on your documented instructions. We do not use client data to train models or build products of our own. Invoice and tax records are kept for 8 years because Indian company and tax law requires it. The privacy policy has the detail.

Do you take on clients outside India?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide and deliver remotely; the team is based in Bokaro, Jharkhand, and works to your timezone where the engagement needs it.
